How to Become a Blooming Divas Reseller

Step 1) Read through our Wholesale Ordering Terms below.

Step 2) Email the following information about your company to sales@bloomingdivas.com with the subject “Wholesale”.

        Business Name
        Business Address
        Business Phone #
        Storefront or website, or both?
        Website address
        Years in business
        Tax ID EIN #

Step 3) We will review your account and upon approval email you our wholesale price list and order form.

Step 4) Email your order to sales@BloomingDivas.com or fax it to 1-260-572-4876. By placing your wholesale order, you acknowledge acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Wholesale Ordering Terms

1. Minimum opening order of $100. Minimum re-order $50. (Orders placed not meeting these requirements will NOT be processed)

2. Actual shipping charges will be added to the order. All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail.

3. All orders will be processed when shipped. Orders ship within 4-6 week. This time may vary due to increased seasonal business so please order accordingly.

4. Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and paypal payments at this time.

5. Returns/Refunds: All sales are final due to the nature of the products. We do not accept returns on Wholesale orders. All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented on our behalf.

6. Out Of Stock: Occasionally we are out of stock on certain items. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as ready and backorder any items not in stock. We will automatically send your backordered items when available.

7. Blooming Divas products must be sold and advertised as Blooming Divas products in your store by keeping the appropriate labels attached.

8. Wholesale prices are 40% off of regular Suggested Retail Prices. You can charge our Suggested Retail Prices, but MANY boutiques charge more to increase their profit margins!
